Firebase Analytics and related Google Analytics tracking run only after explicit analytics consent. Google Ads cookies for ad performance and conversion measurement run only after explicit marketing consent. Personalized ads and remarketing require a separate explicit choice.

Analytics consent maps to analytics_storage. Marketing measurement maps to ad_storage and ad_user_data. Personalized ads and remarketing map to ad_personalization.
