Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Asqiro service operated by Tomáš Nyč, company ID 22322531, with its registered office at Školská 660/3, Praha 1 - Nové Město 11000 (the "operator").

Asqiro is an online survey service that enables users to create surveys, share them with respondents, collect responses, review analytics, and connect surveys to other systems through the API, webhooks, and integrations. The user remains responsible for the content of surveys and for the lawfulness of any data processed through the service.

• The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• The user must protect access credentials to their account.
• The user must not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive survey practices, or to compromise security.

The user is responsible for the survey content they create, the lawfulness of collecting respondent data, and the privacy information and choices presented to respondents. For respondent data processed through a user's survey, the user normally acts as controller and Asqiro acts on the user's instructions to provide the service.

Users that require data-processing terms must obtain them before processing respondent data through the service by contacting support@asqiro.com.

The operator aims to provide the highest possible availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service without outages. Planned downtime may occur for maintenance or security updates.

Current plans and prices are published on the pricing page. Prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Any VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout from your billing country and shown before you pay. The applicable price, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms are always shown before checkout.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing interval you choose at checkout, monthly or annual, and renew automatically for the same interval until cancelled. Payments and subscription management are provided through Lemon Squeezy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the plan stays available until then and is not billed again afterwards.
• 14-day refund. A new paid subscription, monthly or annual, can be refunded in full within 14 days of the initial purchase. Contact us at support@asqiro.com and the refund is processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
• Consumer withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, your statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days is not limited by these terms.
• Renewal payments. Monthly and annual renewals after the first 14 days are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for a further period.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

The software, brand, and content of the Asqiro service are protected by intellectual property laws. The user receives a non-exclusive right to use the service for survey-related work within the scope of these terms.

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookie usage is governed by the Cookie Policy.

The operator is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the service, loss of data due to third-party interference, or events beyond reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address a security risk, or respond to a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion through the account settings, subject to transferring or resolving any shared workspace you own.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

The operator may reasonably update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.

• API keys give access to your workspace data. Keep them confidential, do not embed them in public client-side code, and revoke any key you suspect has leaked. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys.
• Webhook endpoints and integrations you configure receive survey data from Asqiro, including respondents' answers. You are responsible for choosing and securing those recipients and for having a lawful basis to send respondent data to them. Verify each webhook delivery with its signature.
• API use is subject to the rate limits and quotas of your plan. We may throttle or suspend access that endangers the service or other users. We may change the API; the current reference is published in the developer documentation.
