These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Asqiro service operated by Tomáš Nyč, company ID 22322531, with its registered office at K Ráji 219, Broumov 55001(the "operator").

Asqiro is an online survey service that enables users to create surveys, share them with respondents, collect responses, and review basic analytics. The user remains responsible for the content of surveys and for the lawfulness of any data processed through the service.

• The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• The user must protect access credentials to their account.
• The user must not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive survey practices, or to compromise security.

The operator aims to provide the highest possible availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service without outages. Planned downtime may occur for maintenance or security updates.

The software, brand, and content of the Asqiro service are protected by intellectual property laws. The user receives a non-exclusive right to use the service for survey-related work within the scope of these terms.

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookie usage is governed by the Cookie Policy.

The operator is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the service, loss of data due to third-party interference, or events beyond reasonable control.

The operator may reasonably update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
